KamtuuJapan does not directly operate tours or activities.
Refund eligibility is primarily determined by the supplier’s cancellation and refund policy.

Users are responsible for reviewing these terms before completing a booking.
KamtuuJapan facilitates communication but does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.

Currency exchange differences and bank fees are not refundable.

Refund eligibility for special arrangements (such as halal meals or customized itineraries) follows the same supplier refund policy unless otherwise stated.
