TERMS OF PAYMENT

KamtuuJapan Tours & Activities

By making a booking through the KamtuuJapan website or online platform, customers agree to the following Terms of Payment:

1. PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING

• All tours booked online must be paid at the time of booking.

• A booking will be considered tentative until officially confirmed by KamtuuJapan.

• Payment made at the time of booking serves as a reservation payment.

2. TOUR CONFIRMATION

• KamtuuJapan will only execute and finalize the full payment after the tour has been officially confirmed.

• Tour confirmation is subject to operational requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Minimum number of participants

  • Vehicle availability

  • Weather and road conditions

• Customers will receive a confirmation notification once the tour is confirmed.

3. UNCONFIRMED TOUR & FULL REFUND

• If a tour is declared unconfirmed by KamtuuJapan, any payment already received will be refunded in full to the customer.

• Refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method.

4. REFUND PROCESSING FEES

• Any fees, charges, or costs incurred during the refund process, including but not limited to:

  • Bank transfer fees

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Currency conversion fees

  shall be borne by the customer and deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.

5. REFUND TIMELINE

• Refund processing will be initiated within a reasonable period after the tour is declared unconfirmed.

• The actual time required for funds to be credited back to the customer depends on:

  • The payment method used

  • Bank or payment service provider processing time

6. CONFIRMED TOUR & NO REFUND

• Once a tour has been confirmed by KamtuuJapan, the payment becomes final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• No refund will be provided for:

  • Customer-initiated cancellations

  • No-shows or late arrivals

  • Early departure or unused services

7. PAYMENT METHODS

• KamtuuJapan accepts payment through approved online payment methods as displayed on the booking platform.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.

8. CURRENCY

• All prices are displayed and charged in the currency specified on the booking platform.

• Any currency conversion differences are the responsibility of the customer.

9. RIGHT TO MODIFY PAYMENT TERMS

• KamtuuJapan reserves the right to modify these Terms of Payment at any time.

• Any changes will apply only to bookings made after the updated terms are published.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

• By completing a booking and making payment, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Payment.

Documentation

Mt. Fuji Muslim-Friendly One Day Tour

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• Valid Passport
  All participants are required to carry a valid passport on the day of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The passport must be valid and in good condition.

• Participants may be required to present their passport upon request for identification or security purposes.

• No visa or additional travel documents are required for this one-day tour within Japan.

• Failure to bring a valid passport may result in denial of participation, and no refund will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITY

• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that all required documents are valid and carried during the tour.

• KamtuuJapan is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

Cancellation Policy & Charges

KamtuuJapan Tours & Activities

This Cancellation Policy applies to all tours booked through KamtuuJapan unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATION

• All bookings are non-refundable once the tour has been confirmed by KamtuuJapan.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made by the customer for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of travel plans

  • Personal reasons

  • Illness or injury

  • Visa issues

  • Missed meeting point or late arrival

2. NO-SHOW & EARLY DEPARTURE

• Participants who fail to appear at the designated meeting point on time will be considered a no-show.

• Participants who leave the tour early or do not complete the tour will not be eligible for any refund.

• No compensation will be provided for any unused services.

3. UNCONFIRMED TOUR BY KAMTUUJAPAN

• If a tour is declared unconfirmed by KamtuuJapan, any payment already received will be refunded in full.

• Refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method.

• Any fees incurred during the refund process, including bank fees, payment gateway charges, or currency conversion costs, shall be borne by the customer.

4. TOUR CANCELLATION BY KAMTUUJAPAN

• KamtuuJapan reserves the right to cancel a tour due to operational reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to meet the minimum number of participants

  • Vehicle unavailability

  • Severe weather or safety concerns

  • Government regulations or road closures

• In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative tour date or arrangement, subject to availability

5. PARTIAL OPERATION & ITINERARY CHANGES

• No refund will be provided for itinerary changes, shortened visits, or partial operation caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic conditions

  • Safety considerations

  • Force majeure

6. FORCE MAJEURE

• No refund or compensation will be provided for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Extreme weather

  • Accidents

  • Government actions

  • Public transportation disruptions

7. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame after cancellation is confirmed.

• The time required for funds to be credited back depends on the payment method and financial institutions involved.

8. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

• By making a booking with KamtuuJapan, customers acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

Refund policy

This Refund Policy governs all refunds related to tours and activities booked through KamtuuJapan.

• Refunds are provided only under specific conditions as stated in this policy.

• Unless otherwise stated in writing, all confirmed tours are non-refundable.

• If a tour is declared unconfirmed by KamtuuJapan, any payment already received will be refunded in full.

• Any costs incurred during the refund process, including but not limited to:

  • Bank transfer fees

  • Currency conversion fees

3. CONFIRMED TOUR – NO REFUND

• Once a tour has been officially confirmed by KamtuuJapan, the payment becomes final and non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for:

  • Customer-initiated cancellations

  • No-shows or late arrivals

  • Early departure from the tour

  • Unused services or itinerary changes

  • Personal reasons, illness, or visa issues

4. TOUR CANCELLATION BY KAMTUUJAPAN

• If KamtuuJapan cancels a confirmed tour due to operational reasons, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative tour date or arrangement, subject to availability.

• The choice of refund or alternative arrangement will be communicated to the customer.

5. PARTIAL OPERATION & ITINERARY ADJUSTMENTS

• No refund will be provided for partial operation, shortened itineraries, or changes caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic conditions

  • Safety considerations

  • Force majeure events

6. FORCE MAJEURE

• No refund or compensation will be provided for disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Extreme weather

  • Government regulations

  • Road closures or accidents

7. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

• When applicable, refunds will be initiated within a reasonable period after refund eligibility is confirmed.

• The actual time required for funds to be credited back depends on:

  • The payment method used

  • Bank or payment service provider processing time

8. CURRENCY & EXCHANGE DIFFERENCES

• Refunds will be processed in the original transaction currency.

• Any currency exchange differences or losses are the responsibility of the customer.

• Changes will apply only to bookings made after the updated policy is published.

Terms & Conditions

Mt. Fuji Muslim-Friendly One Day Tour (From Tokyo)

By booking and participating in this tour, all participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. MEETING POINT & PUNCTUALITY

• Participants are required to arrive at the designated meeting point on time as specified in the tour confirmation.

• Late participants will not be waited for under any circumstances.

• Participants who miss the departure due to lateness will be considered a no-show.

• No refund will be provided for participants who fail to join the tour on time.

2. TOUR SCHEDULE & GROUP DISCIPLINE

• During all stops, participants must strictly follow the instructions of the Muslim-friendly Tour Coordinator, especially regarding return time to the bus.

• Participants who fail to return to the bus at the designated time will be left behind.

• Any participant left behind must continue the journey or return to Tokyo at their own arrangement and expense.

• The tour operator bears no responsibility for participants who do not follow group instructions.

3. ITINERARY & WEATHER CONDITIONS

• This tour is subject to weather, traffic, and road conditions, especially in the Mt. Fuji area.

• In case of bad weather, heavy traffic, or safety concerns, the itinerary may be adjusted, shortened, reordered, or canceled partially without prior notice.

• Access to Mt. Fuji 5th Station is subject to weather and road conditions. If access is closed, an alternative sightseeing stop will be arranged without refund.

4. HALAL MEALS & MUSLIM-FRIENDLY SERVICES

• Halal meals are provided at halal-certified or Muslim-friendly restaurants.

• “Muslim-friendly” may include restaurants that serve halal menus but are not fully halal-certified, and this will be clearly arranged by the tour operator.

• Prayer time is arranged based on available facilities and conditions on the day of the tour.

• Participants are expected to understand that prayer spaces may be simple or temporary, depending on location availability.

5. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• This is a group tour (open group / 募集型) and requires a minimum number of participants to operate.

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be rescheduled, merged, or canceled, with notice provided in advance.

• Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.

• This tour may not be suitable for participants with serious mobility limitations.

6. LUGGAGE & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.

• Large luggage (e.g. suitcases) is not recommended due to limited bus space.

• The tour operator is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

7. SEATING & VEHICLE ARRANGEMENT

• Seating on the bus is arranged by the tour operator and cannot be guaranteed or changed upon request.

• Vehicle type may be adjusted based on final group size while maintaining tour quality.

8. HEALTH & SAFETY

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to join the tour.

• The tour operator reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant’s condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.

• Any medical expenses incurred during the tour are entirely the participant’s responsibility.

9. TRAVEL INSURANCE

• Travel insurance is not included in this tour.

• Participants are strongly advised to purchase their own travel insurance prior to joining the tour.

10. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• No refund will be given for:

  • Late arrival or no-show

  • Missed tour due to personal reasons

  • Early departure from the tour

  • Unused services during the tour

11. FORCE MAJEURE

• The tour operator shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by force majeure, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Extreme weather

  • Traffic accidents

  • Government regulations

  • Road closures

12. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

• Photos or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes by the tour operator.

• Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must inform the tour coordinator in advance.

13. LIABILITY LIMITATION

• The tour operator acts only as an organizer and shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, accident, or damage caused by third parties, weather conditions, or participant negligence.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

• By joining this tour, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
