By making a booking through the KamtuuJapan website or online platform, customers agree to the following Terms of Payment:
All tours booked online must be paid at the time of booking.
A booking will be considered tentative until officially confirmed by KamtuuJapan.
Payment made at the time of booking serves as a reservation payment.
KamtuuJapan will only execute and finalize the full payment after the tour has been officially confirmed.
Tour confirmation is subject to operational requirements, including but not limited to:
Minimum number of participants
Vehicle availability
Weather and road conditions
Customers will receive a confirmation notification once the tour is confirmed.
If a tour is declared unconfirmed by KamtuuJapan, any payment already received will be refunded in full to the customer.
Refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method.
Any fees, charges, or costs incurred during the refund process, including but not limited to:
Bank transfer fees
Payment gateway charges
Currency conversion fees
shall be borne by the customer and deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
Refund processing will be initiated within a reasonable period after the tour is declared unconfirmed.
The actual time required for funds to be credited back to the customer depends on:
The payment method used
Bank or payment service provider processing time
Once a tour has been confirmed by KamtuuJapan, the payment becomes final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
No refund will be provided for:
Customer-initiated cancellations
No-shows or late arrivals
Early departure or unused services
KamtuuJapan accepts payment through approved online payment methods as displayed on the booking platform.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.
All prices are displayed and charged in the currency specified on the booking platform.
Any currency conversion differences are the responsibility of the customer.
KamtuuJapan reserves the right to modify these Terms of Payment at any time.
Any changes will apply only to bookings made after the updated terms are published.

Mt. Fuji Muslim-Friendly One Day Tour
Valid Passport
All participants are required to carry a valid passport on the day of the tour.
The passport must be valid and in good condition.
Participants may be required to present their passport upon request for identification or security purposes.
No visa or additional travel documents are required for this one-day tour within Japan.
Failure to bring a valid passport may result in denial of participation, and no refund will be provided.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that all required documents are valid and carried during the tour.
KamtuuJapan is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.
This Cancellation Policy applies to all tours booked through KamtuuJapan unless otherwise stated in writing.
All bookings are non-refundable once the tour has been confirmed by KamtuuJapan.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made by the customer for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of travel plans
Personal reasons
Illness or injury
Visa issues
Missed meeting point or late arrival
Participants who fail to appear at the designated meeting point on time will be considered a no-show.
Participants who leave the tour early or do not complete the tour will not be eligible for any refund.
No compensation will be provided for any unused services.

Any fees incurred during the refund process, including bank fees, payment gateway charges, or currency conversion costs, shall be borne by the customer.
KamtuuJapan reserves the right to cancel a tour due to operational reasons, including but not limited to:
Failure to meet the minimum number of participants
Vehicle unavailability
Severe weather or safety concerns
Government regulations or road closures
In such cases, customers will be offered:
A full refund, or
An alternative tour date or arrangement, subject to availability
No refund will be provided for itinerary changes, shortened visits, or partial operation caused by:
Weather conditions
Traffic conditions
Safety considerations
Force majeure

Natural disasters

Accidents

By booking and participating in this tour, all participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:
Participants are required to arrive at the designated meeting point on time as specified in the tour confirmation.
Late participants will not be waited for under any circumstances.
Participants who miss the departure due to lateness will be considered a no-show.
No refund will be provided for participants who fail to join the tour on time.
During all stops, participants must strictly follow the instructions of the Muslim-friendly Tour Coordinator, especially regarding return time to the bus.
Participants who fail to return to the bus at the designated time will be left behind.
Any participant left behind must continue the journey or return to Tokyo at their own arrangement and expense.
The tour operator bears no responsibility for participants who do not follow group instructions.
This tour is subject to weather, traffic, and road conditions, especially in the Mt. Fuji area.
In case of bad weather, heavy traffic, or safety concerns, the itinerary may be adjusted, shortened, reordered, or canceled partially without prior notice.
Access to Mt. Fuji 5th Station is subject to weather and road conditions. If access is closed, an alternative sightseeing stop will be arranged without refund.
Halal meals are provided at halal-certified or Muslim-friendly restaurants.
“Muslim-friendly” may include restaurants that serve halal menus but are not fully halal-certified, and this will be clearly arranged by the tour operator.
Prayer time is arranged based on available facilities and conditions on the day of the tour.
Participants are expected to understand that prayer spaces may be simple or temporary, depending on location availability.
This is a group tour (open group / 募集型) and requires a minimum number of participants to operate.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be rescheduled, merged, or canceled, with notice provided in advance.
Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
This tour may not be suitable for participants with serious mobility limitations.
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.
Large luggage (e.g. suitcases) is not recommended due to limited bus space.
The tour operator is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
Seating on the bus is arranged by the tour operator and cannot be guaranteed or changed upon request.
Vehicle type may be adjusted based on final group size while maintaining tour quality.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to join the tour.
The tour operator reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant’s condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.
Any medical expenses incurred during the tour are entirely the participant’s responsibility.
Travel insurance is not included in this tour.
Participants are strongly advised to purchase their own travel insurance prior to joining the tour.

Photos or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes by the tour operator.
Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must inform the tour coordinator in advance.
The tour operator acts only as an organizer and shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, accident, or damage caused by third parties, weather conditions, or participant negligence.
