1. ACTIVITY TYPE

• This activity is a guided city go-kart experience operated on public roads.

• Participants will drive electric go-karts under the supervision of professional staff.

• This is not a racing activity.

2. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• Participants must be 18 years old or above.

• A valid driving license accepted in Japan is mandatory.

• Participants must be in good physical and mental condition.

• This activity is not suitable for:

  • Pregnant participants

  • Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Participants with conditions that may affect safe driving

3. DRIVING LICENSE REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)

Participants must present one of the following on the day of the activity:

Accepted Documents:

1. International Driving Permit (IDP) based on the 1949 Geneva Convention, together with a passport

2. A valid driving license issued in Taiwan, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, or Monaco, with official Japanese translation

Not Accepted:

• Plastic driver’s license cards

• IDPs based on the 1926 Paris, 1943 Washington, or 1968 Vienna Conventions

• Expired or damaged licenses

Failure to present valid documents will result in denial of participation with no refund.

4. CHECK-IN & PUNCTUALITY

• Participants must arrive at the designated location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Late arrivals may result in:

  • Shortened activity time, or

  • Denial of participation

• No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

5. SAFETY RULES & CONDUCT

• Participants must follow all instructions from the leading staff at all times.

• Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited while driving.

• Driving formation rules:

  • Single file while driving

  • Two columns only when stopped

• Dangerous driving, racing, or reckless behavior is strictly prohibited.

6. WEATHER CONDITIONS

• This activity operates in light weather conditions.

• Driving in heavy rain or unsafe conditions is not recommended.

• The operator reserves the right to cancel or modify the activity for safety reasons.

• No compensation will be provided for weather-related changes beyond safety control.

7. COSPLAY COSTUME POLICY

• Free cosplay costume rental is available.

• Participants may bring their own costumes.

• The following are not allowed:

  • High heels

  • Snow boots

  • Long skirts

  • Any clothing that may interfere with safe driving

8. ACCIDENTS & LIABILITY

• In case of an accident, participants must:

  • Stop immediately

  • Follow staff instructions

  • Cooperate with police if required

• Insurance coverage applies only within the stated policy limits.

• Any damages exceeding insurance coverage or caused by negligence will be the participant’s responsibility.

9. INSURANCE

• Insurance is included with coverage limits defined by the operator.

• Compensation may not be provided if:

  • The accident is not reported to the police

  • Activity rules are violated

10. CANCELLATION & REFUND

• Cancellation and refund terms follow the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy stated on the KamtuuJapan website.

• No refunds will be issued for:

  • Invalid license documents

  • Late arrival or no-show

  • Violation of activity rules

11. OPERATOR RIGHTS

• The operator reserves the right to:

  • Refuse participation for safety reasons

  • Terminate the activity without refund if rules are violated

  • Modify the route or operation due to traffic or safety conditions

12. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
